Learnt alot throughout the whole day. Fell alot fresher and chilled than expected. Will definately be doing yoga again and am trying to find someone local who can do the massage. Headpoints although painful was enlightening. The place is beautiful - sound of the sea as you are having a massage and doing the yoga is so tranquil. The people, surroundings and food was lovely. If we visit the Dominican again we will return. Many thanks

I had problems with trapped energy before then and after my therapy I was tingling with energy flowing around my limbs for the first time in years !! The classes were uplifting and relaxing and well spaced and not too long.All the elements make for a very energising environment. The beautiful views, noise from the ocean, light breeze on the skin and the fresh air allow all of the senses to be stimulated. The yoga temple is perfection. A dream location !! Very happy that I chose Ramilife - my holiday has become a new beginning for me. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
